The 2013 annual Herb Chilli Festival, which will be held on 16/17 March at Wandin in the Yarra Valley, as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, have confirmed they will be running a 'chilli cook-off'.

Only a limited number of contestants can compete each day, so people wanting to enter the cook-off need to pre-book on the website now at herbchillifestival.com.au/chilli-cookoff. Contestants bring their ingredients, own utensils and of course their secret recipe. The best chilli will be judged each day by a panel of experts including Vasili from TV show Vasilli's Garden.

Under 14s get in FREE and there will be a real family atmosphere all weekend long with loads for kids to enjoy, such as pony rides, a petting zoo and face painting.
