Culinary champions, budding masterchefs and casual cooks are being called to dust off their favourite recipes, sharpen their paring knives and put their best foodie foot forward in preparation for the 2010 Royal Melbourne Show Cookery Competitions!
Competitors can enter their tantalising treats in 200 competition classes, covering everything from traditional scones, jams and sponge cakes to delicate ginger bread houses and dramatic wedding cakes.
The 2010 Show will also see the introduction of public judging for jams & jellies and breads, so entrants and enthusiasts alike can hear the results of their efforts straight from the judge's mouth.
